At Gills Building Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our materials and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, resaleable items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut timber, tinted paints, and special-order masonry products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit the trade desk at our flagship location with your original receipt to begin the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare Items for Inspection

  Ensure all building materials are securely packed on their original pallets or in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Transport or Drop-off

  Small items can be returned in-store, while bulk materials like lumber or aggregates require a scheduled curbside pickup which may incur a restocking fee.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a credit to your trade account within 5-7 business days.
